Effortless Aquaria is extremely environmentally conscious and makes every effort to create aquarium displays that are environmentally friendly. This includes using more energy efficient components and maximising the efficiency of the design of the aquarium life support systems.

We also use Ecocoral in every marine reef tank we install – either exclusively or along with wild harvest coral, depending on the nature of the installation. Ecocoral is coral farmed in captivity rather than taken from the ocean making it a sustainable alternative.

We are actively involved in efforts to make a change within the aquarium industry to support captive farmed live coral. We also make efforts to reduce waste and landfill from construction work we are involved in by actively recycling as much material as possible.
